Gathering Season is Here!
Gathering Season is Here!
The safety of our clients and our team is our number one priority. We hope that our clients will take our precautions just as seriously and ensure guests, as well as themselves, are healthy. We are committed to adhering to all protocols, so we can all continue to gather and celebrate. As we continue to follow the changes with CDC guidelines, we may update our policy periodically or make adjustments accordingly.
If you have booked an indoor setup at a residence where someone is experiencing flu-like symptoms or has been diagnosed with covid-19, we urge you to contact us immediately to reschedule your event. We will not charge for rescheduled events when there is a threat of covid-19 spread, however, our normal cancellation policy will still apply.
If any of your guests fall ill during an event, please be transparent with us so we are prepared during pickup. Once delivery has been made, we cannot reschedule nor can we pick up earlier. There will be no refunds offered at this time.
We ask that indoor set-up areas be cleared cleaned and sanitized with any product recommended by the CDC. We also ask that no additional guests be present during our setup process until we are ready for the reveal.
Our team is fully vaccinated; however, we will wear masks during the delivery, set-up, and pick-up. Hosts and their guests are not required to wear masks.
We take sanitation of our products very seriously. All removable tent covers are laundered along with linens in hot water using a color-safe bleach alternative, when necessary, with a hypo-allergenic and plant-based antibacterial detergent. They are then dried in high heat and treated Once dried; all linens are placed into a sanitized sealed tote and kept “in quarantine” for at least 72 hours before the next use.
Porous and non-washable items, such as rugs, décor, pillows, mattresses, straw placemats, etc., are sprayed with antimicrobial spray, spot cleaned, and steamed under high heat. Non-porous decorative items with a hard surface will be wiped down with antibacterial wipes and left to air dry. Smaller items are placed into a sanitized sealed tote (larger items are placed in heavy-duty disposable clear plastic bags) and are kept “in quarantine” for at least 72 hours before the next use.
We will never book more than one event on the same weekend requiring the same rental items. This allows us time to fully disinfect and guarantee every client a clean and healthy setup.
